I worked in technical delivery for a decade. And I kept noticing the same thing everywhere I went — capable people, genuine effort, real stakes, and still stuck. Not because they lacked skill or commitment. Because they could not see something. They were too close to it, or the pressure had narrowed their view, or nobody in the room had the right angle to name what was actually happening.
That gap between effort and result is where I work.
Why this work
Most people spend their working lives trying to leave something better than they found it. When a capable team keeps failing despite genuine effort and real talent, that is not just expensive — it is demoralizing in a way that compounds. Good people start doubting themselves. Decisions get conservative. The project suffers twice.

I work with you, not on you. That means I am on your side — and being on your side means telling you what I actually see, not what is easiest to hear.
One thing I need from you before we start: real commitment. Access to the people involved, a genuine mandate to ask difficult questions, and willingness to act on what we find. I have worked without those conditions. It never ends well. I would rather be clear about that now.
